Pro Summer is a first of its kind international summer program, offering unique workshops for the Pro Mornings professional dancers community, as part of the Tel Aviv Dance Festival
The program consists of 11 masterclasses, led by international choreographers whose works are presented at the festival, and the artists participating at the Suzanne Dellal Residency Program 2023.
The program was designed to nurture and deepen the relationship with the dancers’ community and provide a framework that broadens the horizon about the discourse and happenings in the international dance field.
The workshops offer professional dancers a unique opportunity to engage with the vast and rich range of contemporary movement practices and languages, in an experiential and dedicated approach.
Pro Summer full package is an opportunity to be part of a participant group completing the full program, throughout an intensive and enriching week. In addition to artist talk sessions with leading dance artists, the program will cater for a meaningful and focused community-based experience.
*The Pro Summer workshops are in high professional level and intended for professional dancers or dancers that are graduating from a professional training program.
The Pro Mornings Initiative, established with the support of Mifal HaPais Council for the Culture and Arts, conceived Pro Summer with the intent and desire to create and assemble platforms for the community of independent and professional dancers in order to empower this community on a regular basis as a significant part of Suzanne Dellal Centre’s activities.
