Box office opening hours
- Sunday-Thursday 9am-9pm
- Friday and holiday eves: 9am-1pm
- Open two hours before every performance.
- Doors open 15 minutes before the performance.
Ticket policies
- Tickets may be exchanged for a full refund until 48 hours before a performance.
- There are no exchanges or refunds for unused tickets.
- To receive tickets, you must present the credit card used to purchase them.
Discounts and special offers
- Available to students, elderly and soldiers, varying by performance.
- Isracard customers will receive 40 NIS discount in exchange for 230 stars.
- Discount tickets can be purchased only at the box office.
- Discounts are not applicable to performances by Batsheva Dance Company and Orna Porat Theatre for Children and Youth.
- One discount applicable per customer.
Latecomers and entry limitations policy
- Performances begin on time. Seats will be held until the beginning of the performance only.
- Late-seating in Dellal Hall is through the balcony and at the discretion of the house manager.
- There is no late entrance at the Yerushalmi Hall.
- It is prohibited to carry firearms in the Centre’s halls.
- Babies and children under the age of 3 are not allowed to enter.
- Entry with strollers is prohibited.
- Entry with bicycles, skateboards, scooters, rollerblades is prohibited.
